How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to pack your order within 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri). If there is likely to be any delay, I will notify you as soon as possible via email.

South Africa: 5 – 7 working days
Rest of World: 2 – 8+ weeks

Delivery times can be subjected to delays caused by holiday periods / bad weather / customs / strike action / inefficient local post services. All of these things are out of my control.

Returns

Can I cancel / change my order?

Yes - If your order has not yet been processed.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Exchanging an item

Please contact me here if you are looking to return or exchange an item. Make sure to include your order number.

I will accept a return or exchange within 7 days of placing your order. I cannot accept returns on sale items, customised or original artworks.

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and I recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package returns safely. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. I cannot issue a refund if I do not receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
